Guarantee Dynomite Diesel guarantee’s that you are satisfied with your DDP product purchase or you may exchange or return it within 30 days from the date of purchase.  You can return your DDP manufactured product for a full refund excluding shipping or a credit towards another DDP manufactured product. Warranty Dynomite Diesel warrants it’s injectors for 1 year from the date of Purchase.  An original invoice must be presented in order to redeem the warranty.  Dynomite Diesel warrants only the injector and will not pay any lost wages, shipping costs, hotel accommodations, towing, food, fines or taxes. Dynomite Diesel reserves the right to repair the injector rather than replace it if a warranty claim is accepted.  This warranty does not cover abuse, fuel contamination, improper install or misapplication.  This warranty does not apply to Cummins Common Rail, Duramax Common Rail or Powerstroke 6.0 Injectors.  Each of these injectors and injector sets are warranted for 1 year and all of the above terms apply. Disclaimer Dynomite Diesel Performance LLC and its distributors and dealers will not be held responsible for any damage created by this product, misuse of this product, improper install of this product, or misapplication of this product.  By purchasing this product, you agree to not hold Dynomite Diesel or any company or individual who sold it to you responsible for any damage caused to your vehicle, its contents and any personal injury to you your occupants or any bystanders.  Disclaimer in Simpler Terms Use a Pyrometer.  Do not let it exceed 1250 degrees PRE turbo.  Make sure your pyrometer works.  Make sure you are installing the right product in your truck.  When in doubt, call us first to make sure it is the correct part.  This is a performance part designed to enhance your vehicle.  When used or installed improperly it can ruin your motor and other parts on your vehicle or cause serious injury.  Dynomite Diesel and anyone who sells you a Dynomite Diesel product accepts no liability if you ruin your parts or the parts we or our dealers or distributors sold to you. Cores There is a core charge on all injectors. The charge varies by injector. If you do not return your cores you will not receive your core charge back. Cores must be in useable condition. Any cracked nozzle or injector body is unusable and will be subject to a charge. *CORES MUST BE RETURNED WITHIN 30 DAYS FOR CREDIT* Retruns and Exchanges Permission must be obtained prior to returning or exchanging merchandise. Please do not order parts that you do not intend to keep.  Exchanges or credits will not be allowed later than 30 days after purchase. Installed or modified parts cannot be returned or exchanged. No refunds for shipping costs. Method of Payment We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express and Money Orders or Cashier’s Checks, in US funds only. All orders must be paid in full prior to shipment. Washington residents add 8.5% sales tax. Domestic Shipping All orders are shipped via UPS, which is normally the most reliable and least expensive method of shipment. UPS offers ground service, plus next day and second day service in the USA. There will be a handling/ packaging fee added to all orders and a $10 minimum shipping charge. Foreign Shipping If UPS is not available, we can also ship via USPS on select items, although this method sometimes takes longer. Also, please allow additional time for customs, when applicable.
