DYNOMITE DIESEL CORE POLICY

Effective October 2023

Upfront Core Charge

Upfront Core Charge will be charged on all remanufactured products. Once the core is returned you will receive a credit to your account OR a refund on your credit card on all acceptable (see below) cores, usually within 2-4 weeks of receipt of core.

Return Cores in Advance

Customer returns cores in advance to avoid core charge. In stock orders will ship immediately once cores are received.

Core Physical Condition Requirements

All cores must be in re-buildable condition to receive a full refund of the core charge. There are some conditions that you will not receive full credit, see conditions below. Under these conditions it is up to the manufacturer on the amount of credit issued.

  • Fire Damage
  • Water Damage
  • Broken
  • Disassembled
  • Missing parts and/or pieces

Core Charge Timeline:

If the core is returned:

  • within 45 days, 100% of the core will be refunded.
  • within between 45 days to 6 months, 50% of the core will be refunded.
  • After 6 months, cores will be accepted/refunded at Dynomite’s Diesel’s discretion.

Core Return Procedure

  1. The CORE RETURN FORM you received with your order, as well as a COPY OF THE ORIGINAL RECEIPT, MUST accompany your cores and be in the package when sending to Dynomite Diesel Products.
  2. Drain all fluids: oil, fuel, etc. out of the core before it is returned.
  3. Place any plastic plugs or caps received on the new item back onto the core.
  4. To ensure UPS, Fed Ex, or USPS will not reject the package due to fuel or oil leakage, please put it inside and wrap it in plastic garbage bag.
  5. Place core inside the box.
  6. Make sure injectors are as clean as possible.  extremely dirty cores are subject to a cleaning fee.

Please provide a tracking number to sales@dynomitediesel.com. Without a copy of the Core Return Form and receipt in the package with your cores, there may be a delay or may prevent Dynomite Diesel from processing your core return.
