Dynomite Diesel Products has expanded its fuel injection system catalog with an all-new selection of high-pressure replacement fuel lines and return line kits.

Light-Duty Diesel Pickup Coverage

Complete replacement fuel injector line sets cover the following platforms. See the table below for current availability, including LLY, LMM, and LML sets coming soon.

• Ram Cummins: All 5.9L and 6.7L Cummins Common Rail pickup truck platforms from 2003-2024.
• GM Duramax: 2001 to current 6.6L Chevrolet and GMC HD trucks (LB7 through L5P).
• Ford Power Stroke: 2011-2021 6.7L Power Stroke equipped Super Duty trucks.

Upgraded Duramax Return Line Kit

Dynomite is now offering an upgraded injector return line kit available for 2004.5-2010 Duramax LLY, LBZ, and LMM equipped trucks. This kit provides a reliable drop-in solution to finish your injector installation without needing to worry about a leak or old brittle plastic return line fittings.

Cummins 6.7L High-Flow Injection Lines

Specifically designed for the 2007.5-2018 Ram 6.7L trucks, these upgraded fuel injection lines feature an oversized 4mm internal diameter (29% larger than OE). They have also been designed to handle extreme pressures of over 40,000 psi to support high-horsepower applications while remaining a direct drop-in replacement for stock applications as well.

These lines have been tested to the absolute limit under grueling competition conditions (sled pull, dyno, and drag racing) for the past 3 years without a single failure!

Why Replace Lines During an Injector Swap?

• Reusing old lines risks dislodging internal scale, varnish, and metal debris directly into brand-new injectors.
• Fuel injection lines on many modern platforms (such as the Ford 6.7L Power Stroke, Duramax LML, and Duramax L5P) are engineered with single-use torque-to-yield fittings and should never be reused once loosened or removed.
• Replacing lines eliminates high-pressure fuel leaks that can be caused by work-hardened, deformed line flares that will no longer seal properly at extreme pressures.
• Factory lines are prone to rust and corrosion buildup at the injector threads, which can cross-thread or ruin new injector bodies during installation.
