DYNOMITE DIESEL PRODUCTS INC.
Dynomite Diesel Products, Inc. (“Dynomite”) is pleased that it can now report that the litigation between it, and Mr. Ryan Gelinas (“Gelinas”) as well as his company, R&R Brand Management, LLC (“R&R”), has been successfully resolved in Dynomite’s favor through the entry of a final judgment.
Dynomite was forced to bring the case when Gelinas took advantage of, and abused, intimate and close personal and business relationships in a nefarious and underhanded way which resulted in fraud, embezzlement, and breach of contractual obligations. Gelinas had an illegal and unethical personal relationship (e.g., an affair) with Dynomite’s bookkeeper which resulted in two divorces. Ultimately, the lawsuit’s judgment holds Ryan Gelinas and R&R liable and accountable to Dynomite in the amount of $228,565.05. This number was justified and based off of the calculations of two forensic certified public accountants for amounts Gelinas worked with Dynomite’s bookkeeper to steal from Dynomite.
Gelinas’ and R&R’s counterclaim against Dynomite for allegedly withholding commissions was completely baseless and they received nothing from the Court for it.
There has been misinformation, to the point of blatant lies and falsehoods which have been spread publicly about Dynomite, its officers, employees, and shareholders. Such lies and falsehoods are what can be expected from people that intentionally engage in actions of fraud and embezzlement. Along with entering judgment in favor of Dynomite, at the same time, the Court issued a sanction against both Gelinas and his attorney for baseless and frivolous filings in the litigation which had no support in the law and had no evidentiary basis. This press release is intended to set the record straight and provide full disclosure of the litigation.
