Dynomite Diesels’ Returning Goods Policy
Dynomite Diesel would like you to shop with confidence.  Customer satisfaction is our number one goal.  If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, return the item within 30 days from the date received for an exchange, store credit, or credit (subject to a 20% restocking fee), depending on the product’s condition.  Anything after 60 days will be handled on a case-by-case basis.

An RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) must be issued before shipping anything to Dynomite Diesel Products. All products must be in new/uninstalled/unopened condition with all the parts included. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs. Also, if you were given free shipping on your original order, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund. Credit will be issued after the product is inspected and found to be in new condition.

Freight Charges
Shipping and/or freight charges are typically non-refundable.
Defective Items
In the event an item arrives in an unacceptable condition because of a manufacturer defect, Dynomite Diesel will work diligently to resolve the issue.

Damaged Items
Dynomite Diesel uses UPS to ship items. In the event a package appears damaged during shipping, please contact us to get the replacement process started. 

Items in new condition (including original packaging, paperwork, hardware, and instructions) may be returned for exchange.  No restocking fee will be charged on exchanges.

Dynomite Diesel Products, Inc. (DDP) warranties it’s products for a period of 90 days to 2 years from the date of purchase depending on the individual product.

All used and/or Custom-built items are NOT returnable for any reason. All sales on custom items are final. Thank you for understanding.
