Dynomite Diesel is required to charge sales tax in virtually every state. In order to be exempt from sales tax you must have a wholesale account set up with Dynomite Diesel and be verified as a resale business. Sales tax will not be retroactively refunded on orders that occurred prior to the approval of your tax exempt status.
